Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using CruiseCanary, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the app.

Intended Use

CruiseCanary is designed to provide informational tools that help users prepare for cruises and port visits. Features may include sea-state forecasts, beach conditions, port intelligence, ship schedule awareness, travel advisories, and destination planning guidance.

CruiseCanary is intended to support planning decisions and should not be considered professional maritime, navigation, weather, or medical advice.

Planning Companion

CruiseCanary is designed as a companion to your cruise line's official app, providing additional planning insights before and during your voyage. It does not replace official information provided by your cruise line regarding itineraries, safety announcements, boarding procedures, or onboard operations.

Information Accuracy

CruiseCanary combines information from trusted public and commercial data sources. While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, forecasts, schedules, advisories, and operating conditions may change without notice.

Users should always verify important travel information with their cruise line, local authorities, and official government sources.

Travel Decisions

All travel decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

CruiseCanary does not guarantee:

  • Sea conditions
  • Weather conditions
  • Beach safety
  • Port schedules
  • Excursion availability
  • Ship arrival or departure times

Always follow instructions provided by your cruise line, ship's officers, excursion operators, and local authorities.

Subscriptions

Certain CruiseCanary features may require an active subscription.

Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple's App Store and renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account settings.

Apple manages all billing, refunds, and subscription renewals.

Third-party trademarks, cruise line names, and destination names remain the property of their respective owners.

Service Availability

We continually improve CruiseCanary but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Features, data sources, and services may change, be updated, or be discontinued without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriVoyage Digital LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of CruiseCanary or reliance on information provided within the app.
